General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via GalleryRetro.com.
2. Contractual partner, formation of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with GalleryRetro.com. The display of products within the online shop constitutes a binding offer on our part to enter into a contract vis-à-vis the items. You may place our products in your basket without obligation and amend your entries at any time prior to submitting a binding order by using the correction facilities that are provided for this purpose and explained during the ordering process. The contract is formed by clicking on the order button which indicates your acceptance of our offer concerning the goods contained in your basket. Once you have sent your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation via e-mail.
3. Contract language, saving of the contract text
The language available for concluding the contract is English.We save the text of the contract and forward the order data and our general terms and conditions to you by e-mail. You may also view the text of the contract in our customer login area.
4. Delivery conditions
Delivery costs are added to the product prices as displayed. Delivery charges are explained within individual product offers. We offer Express International shipping to all countries worldwide for a flat fee of 9.99 euro per item. All prints are carefully rolled and delivered in a hard cardboard tube to prevent damage during transport.
Our prints are packaged with the utmost care to ensure perfect receipt. Please remember to take similar care when unwrapping your purchase.
We offer a free no quibble refund policy for unwanted or damaged items.

Large commercial orders may incur additional delivery and installation costs depending on the size of the project as expressly agreed with the customer in advance.
5. Payment
We use third party payment processors, Stripe and PayPal, for all payments. Gallery Retro does not store credit card details and instead relies on Stripe or PayPal for this.
We do not retain any personally identifiable financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third party processors, Stripe or PayPal (the “Payment Processors”). Any information that is transmitted to the Payment Processor is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

6. Retention of title
The goods shall remain our property until full payment is made.For businesses the following applies additionally: We reserve ownership of the goods until complete settlement of all claims arising from a current business relationship.
7. Returns and Refunds policy
We offer a free no quibble refund policy for unwanted or damaged items. Simply return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. In the rare event your poster is damaged in transit please Contact Us.
8. Damage during delivery
If the goods are delivered with damage caused during delivery, please report the defect to us and we organise a refund or replacement.
9. Warranty and guarantees
For consumers, statutory warranty rights governed by the law of the country where the consumer has his habitual residence apply.
